Captain Charles Louis “Chuck” Robeson
Funeral services for Capt. Robeson were conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, April 19 at First Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet, 735 N. Mt. Juliet Rd., with Pastor Steve Delashmit officiating. Interment with military honors at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens was private. Visitation was 3-7 p.m. Friday at Bond Memorial Chapel and one hour prior to service time Saturday at the church.
Capt. Robeson, 49, of Mt. Juliet, died April 16, 2014. Chuck attended First Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet. He was a 1983 graduate of Antioch High School. Chuck also graduated from Austin Peay State University and St. Thomas Hospital School of Medical Technology. He served in the US Army for three years and the US Air Force for five years. Chuck is preceded in death by his father, Louis Robeson II and mother-in-law, Bette Anderson.
He is survived by wife of 26 ½ years, Jennifer Anderson Robeson; mother, Faye Robeson (Steve) Delashmit; children, Rachel Robeson, Caroline Robeson, Nicholas Robeson and Greta Robeson; brother, Michael (Diamma) Robeson; father-in-law, Bill Anderson; sister-in-law, Terri (Grant) Whitman; brother-in-law, Jamey (Beth) Anderson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Active pallbearers were Michael Robeson, Jamey Anderson, Grant Whitman, Robert Robeson, Phil Ramsey and Thomas Wims.
