'Like' MJN Facebook; might win trip to CMT music awards
Lebanon Publishing Company is teaming with USA WEEKEND Magazine to give readers a chance to attend the 2012 CMT Music Awards in Nashville.
“This is an excellent opportunity for the readers of The Lebanon Democrat, Mt. Juliet News and Hartsville Vidette to attend this event,” said Publisher Joe Adams. “I’m excited to team with USA WEEKEND Magazine to provide this opportunity.”
The papers will be giving away three sets of two tickets to the event, which will be held in Nashville on June 6.
You may qualify to win by simply “liking” each newspaper on Facebook. And yes, if you like all three newspapers’ Facebook pages, your name will be entered three times.
A drawing consisting of all those who “like” the pages before 11:59 p.m. on May 20 will be held on May 21 and the winners will be announced in The Lebanon Democrat on May 22, as well as in the Mount Juliet News on May 23 and The Hartsville Vidette on May 24. The winners will also be announced on the Facebook Pages and on the papers’ websites on May 22.
“The process couldn’t be simpler,” said Managing Editor Clay Morgan. “Simply like the Facebook pages and you are entered to win. If you’ve already ‘liked’ our pages, you are already entered to win.”
The Facebook Pages are titled The Lebanon Democrat, Mt Juliet News and Hartsville Vidette.
“I also hope everyone will take time to go online and vote in the USA WEEKEND Breakthrough Video of the Year Award,” Morgan said. The link to vote is http://www.cmt.com/cmt-music-awards/usa-weekend-breakthrough-video-of-the-year and the link will be placed on the three newspapers’ websites.
Employees of Lebanon Publishing Company and their families are not eligible for this contest. Only one set of two tickets will be given to each of three winners, and multiple winners per household will not be allowed.
