Law enforcement has released the name of the individual found deceased last week in Mt. Juliet, along with more information regarding the investigation into his death.
The death investigation began March 26 after Michael Jordan, 36, from Old Hickory, was found deceased along a creek bank at the bottom of an embankment on Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet.
Mt. Juliet Police Department detectives began conducting a death investigation to determine what happened. As of Tuesday, the department announced that detectives did not believe that any foul play was involved in Jordan’s death after reviewing evidence and clear surveillance footage.
“Our thoughts and condolences are with the family as they navigate through this challenging period,” the department said in a statement.
